Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

If the product you are returning is faulty and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty then we may need to send your product to or refer you to the manufacturer or repair agent for repair.


1. Please visit the product returns page and fill out the form as required, we will contact you to advise the best method for return as per items 2. and 2.1. below.


2. Mail your returned item to:

2.1. Where your item does not fit mailing restricitions you may be required to return the item via a freight company/ courier.  


3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions


Some items can not be returned if they are opened unless faulty or not fit for purpose . These include but are not limited to, toner, inks .
